Didn't this happen cause of a dispute with Ciroc ? So yeah when you are rich like Ciroc you can get Diddy jailed for wanting more ownership or whatever it was. Dummy.

if they only got him on the mann acting, it's fishy because the mann act is a bullshit law. That means, if I understand it correctly that if I cross over state lines to screw that I'm guilty? Sounds weird. Jack Johnson only got a year for it but he got more time for escaping to europe. His real crime was white women. In Chuck Berry's case, he was probably guilty of screwing an underage girl, they applied the mann act to his trial but if we're honest, if everyone that did that got punished, it would be Bowie, Elvis and an entire string of the who's who of Rock and Roll. In Michael Jackson's case, in some ways, the only difference between he and the Steven Tyler's is the sex of the victims as well as his race.

I think he got rid of all those videotapes. And I'd imagine most of the things that went on were consensual - but who knows?

He was only convicted on prostitution charges. He was aquitted on the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Is he going to spend 4 years in prision or is this one of those pay some money, do just 1 year and some mandatory rehab things?

P. Diddy will be at a good age to continue working as a producer in some independant hip hop label, I mean its not like hip hop recruits Harvard alumni. He may never be allowed in the mainstream elite again, but I can see him in the music industry.

Suge Knight has a podcast from prison and you can see people talking about redemption and how he is a victim of the (white)man, so I can see Diddy having a similar following .

Why would he have Biggie killed?
I absolutely don't think that Biggie's death hurt him that much or that they were as close as he's been promoting publicly for decades now. But killing the guy makes no sense whatsoever.

Everything points at certain people, mostly crooked cops, who wanted to make it look like a East/West conflict within the rap game. They took out Shakur half a year earlier for other reasons. When Biggie entered Los Angeles, they took their chance.
 
Does he get out in 2 with good behaviour? Also can he appeal or does that risk a longer sentence? If it did I would take the 4 years if I was him

It was a sham case. They made it about domestic violence and being a woman and a victim. The RICO case failed and got nonsensical.

The case is a demo for a scorned pissed off disgusting women. She literally setup everything and cheated on her husband. Repugnant human being. Absolutely disgusting.
