I personally thought this fight was terrible. OSP looked so bad in the fight and somehow jones was getting caught by shots. He had his hands by his waste, zero cardio, and could not threaten a D level of jones. Was not impressed by either fighter and if jones does that against cormier he will get worked. Jones did not like getting hit in the face either.

We all thought he was going to be finished within 2 rounds.

So big ups to him.

Terrible fight.

Underwhelming, but comfortable win for Jones.

Ovince did himself proud in terms of fighting with a broken arm and not getting in too much trouble over 25 minutes.

Definitely not an Alexander Gustafsson performance though - doesn't deserve too much credit!

Well, take on a GOAT on 3 weeks notice and let us know how well you do.

Agreed. He looked terrible in there. He has faced a ton of bums and he gets all this hype

I felt OSP had a bit of size advantage, but I was really expecting a Jones sub.

OSP is a hell of an athlete and dangerous to any fighter. He matched up well in size, is hard to put away, and hits very hard. Jon had to be cautious in this fight despite us all wanting him to dispatch him. We hate it as fans, but I guarantee many of the fighters we've called has beens post fight in the past went for it and came up on the losing end, only to be flamed on the forums. We kinda suck as a fanbase, but I suppose it's all good fun for the most part.

He just doesn't have anything for Jon Jones. Making it 5 rds was the most he could hope for
