plus yes, for example someone in wheelchair, if is considerably stronger than attacker and will manage to grab properly, might kill.

Blind ppl are considered as helpless but if they are strong and will manage to grab properly too might kill object.

But for big punches I like to recoil first. I.e. slip to the left before throwing a left hook or left uppercut, sometimes I level change before throwing a rear uppercut or overhand
