Media Overeem gets annoyed by a reporter

Why is that guy sitting in one of those chairs for toddlers just learning to eat cheerios by themselves?

Getting ready to fight someone indicstes anger, yes

Cry for me, boy

He wasn't about to fight the guy on camera.

He probably would have tossed the guy on the ground or leg kicked him, then sat back down smirking

He is still alive and kickin, went into bounty huntin after wrestlin and recently wrote a book. War Schultz. the exact opposite of the purty metrosex twinks doin pirouettes in the ring today

This is what happens when there are police, laws, and lawyers. Back in the cave man days the host would be toast.

Yes, journalists do it all the time to improve ratings

Go watch Jim Rome vs Jim Everett and get back to me, junior

Lol, Rome kept calling him “Chris” and Jim simply was not having any of it.

Overeem doesnt know what thumb wrestling is lol. That guy was a douche though.

Not really

a conflict was escalating, so the host escaped it even further by inviting Overeem to resolve it right away. Now The host has control, and he used the control to defuse the situation again with “humour”. After that it’s hard for Overeem to be mad, so yes he did handle it like a maestro.

I don't get why it took a reporter to uncover the fact that pro wrestling was fake. The bouts didn't in the slightest look like actual fights, or actual wrestling matches, they looked choreographed. And the moves are so far removed from actual combat moves. The last second kicks from the three counts. It seems like anyone with a brain would instantly know that pro wrestling was an act.

He just wanted to touch Reem's hand. Is normal.

Easy for us to say now with the plethora of mma and combat sports we're spoiled with. Back then they didn't have any thing to reference from except movies and the occasional fight on the street. Not to mention old style wrasling was more technical with less 'high flying' moves like today. They actually used a lot of real submissions which added to the realism..
