It's sad that one of the best kickboxers in the world would rather do MMA than kickboxing. If he did comeback he would destroy the whole Glory roster.
 
He is also one of the best HW MMAists. Overeem has made his name in KB already, I'd rather see him in the UFC.
 
He's not Ubereem anymore. I don't see him beating Rico. Otherwise he do very well as the roster is very shallow and HW KB is mostly dead now.
 
I don't think econoreem would be as good as he was when he won the GP. Heavyweight kickboxing is weak right now anyway, he's better off in MMA.
 
No.. he is off the juice now and he would not be able to bully guys nowadays.

I think Rico beats him easily.
 
what's glory's testing like? I'd like to see him have another kickboxing fight, maybe after he retires from mma.
 
i think if the refs were to call the clinch by the rule book he could probably beat rico. If he was to fight rico under full thai rules i would probably even favor overeem if the fought now

Probably just a post fight piss cup. Reem would have no issue beating it.
 
Reem is getting shittle tot now vs. Stipe. I doubt he's going back to kickbox maybe if he cannot get the belt in UFC but I think he just signed a new contract with Zoofa. So, I think he's tied up in Zoofa land for a while still.

I agree with the others that i also think Rico will beat him. Reem needs to get back on the horse meat wagon.

I like his chances against Stipe though. I think HW Kickboxing is pretty much dead. It needs new blood badly and most of if not all the legends are too old, banged up, or moved on to other things.

Tyrone Spong I think will either be heading to UFC or doing Boxing full time. It's sad for HW kickboxing, but smaller weight classes are doing well as far as talent goes, I'm not really sure about paydays though.
 
Saki and Rico would beat Ubereem. Sure Saki lost to Overeem but he was basically beating him up even with a broken arm, until he just couldn't go on.
 
Overeem will ignite the "fire" in Kickboxing,it would be a sold out ppv event.
 
He's not juiced out into another dimension anymore
So what we have top 5 skills and no chin.
He'd be top 10. HW is shallow nowadays. I think Zimmerman is a bad match up for him.
 
he could defeat almost everyone but not Verhoeven and maybe not Wilnis

Its hard to know. We have no reason to believe he is, but there is the circumstantial evidence that the testing in KB is not very advanced. It wouldn't be hard for an elite kickboxer with the proper economic resources to beat the tests by cycling off correctly. Estimates for pre-USADA UFC had pro MMA fighters at 50-60% usage. Elite kickboxers are probably using at a similar rate.

i say it because his body look "normal" considering he is a power trainer,an roided body is not hard to identify
