I’m a Masvidal fan. But Real men walk up face to face, not a sucker punch from behind in the shadows.
 
Jorge will always be an also-ran. His toy "bmf" belt aside, he will never touch a piece of MMA gold - not because there's a conspiracy against him, not because he's too edgy - but because he is not a champion-level fighter. He's been folding in big fights for most of his career, coasting to split decision losses even when he had a chance to go for the gold. His fickle fanbase will forget him in a few years, as will the history books.

I heard him talk about it, how he would just make a phone call and some gangsters from Cuba would end Colby's life or something.

But then he had to wake up from this fantasy and hide behind the bushes just to throw a weak punch at him, so maybe that's closer to his level.

Depends on whether or not you work for a billion dollar business whose owned by another billion dollar corporation in the state you got arrested in. Whatever happened between the UFC, Mas, and Colby we will never know... anyone thinking a deal wasn't made needs to pull the wool off their eyes. Just a coincidence the both of them appear out of nowhere with fights booked around the same time their court date gets pushed back? I don't know, it all seems really legitimate and real, right? Like this is all working out so nice for everyone involved.
