I've seen things will probably and rightfully win this.
I want to throw honorable mentions to Rutger Hauer in Blade zrunner, though it's more a soliloquy.
Also Christopher Walken in Pulp Fiction.
Would the park bench scene from Good Will Hunting be considered a monologue?
If so, that would be my #1:
1.) Good Will Hunting Park Bench Scene
2.) Alec Baldwin's Glengarry Glen Ross scene

If you've seen the movie then you'll understand the context better. Regardless, Cruise in Magnolia has some of the best actual monologues that you'll see.
Forgot about Robin Williams GWH. That's right there as well. Who would of thought Williams would become a top 15 ever actor.Good question, we will see. : - )
