OSP would be the strangest feeling champion since Serra

Anybody else feel like this? Anyone can beat anyone else on a given night, but if OSP manages to beat Jones, he would suddenly be ranked second behind Cormier... would it be hard for you to accept that he really is the second best guy now, and didn't just 'catch' Jones or Jones is rusty and not what he was etc? I mean, only recently Glover seemed to prove solidly better than OSP, but now OSP is getting the shot over a bunch of guys who appear superior to him on paper but are unavailable... if he wins will he seem like the weirdest/weakest (interim) champion in a long time?

A guy who seemed worse than Bader before the fight suddenly being champ...

I love OSP

he kinda reminds me of Browne in the way he's sort of lacking fundamentals but leverages his physical gifts into a pretty effective fighting system. I guess the comparison stops there, though

he's got some funky, opportunistic grappling and striking, and pretty good timing on his feet

Hopefully he's continuing to shore up that TDD and also work on his cardio.

He's pretty damn gritty as well, and I was impressed by his ability to pull through that sketchy looking ankle injury, or w/e, that went down at the very beginning of a 3 round fight.

I still feel like he could challenge for the title, and I certainly haven't given up hope, especially considering the stagnant, backwater weight class he competes in...

Those brands on his biceps are fucking badass, imo, and are an interesting tattoo alternative.

There are too many people sleeping on OSP's power and length saying "Jones will beat him easy" is very foolish ,even though I want Jones to win it's a risky fight
