Jones gets hit, and against someone who has similar reach to his, he is bound to eat some of the shots here too. Problem is, OSP isn't a slouch in power department, and if he hits you from his weird angles, you have a high chance getting knocked out. He is much worse matchup for Jones than DC is.

Jones can take him down at will probably, he can sub him easily but who knows, maybe he'll get a TKO if he chooses to.

I still give Jones the advantadge, but OSP is playing with house money, which can be dangerous. He's supposed to lose. so he has nothing to lose.

Worst fighter he faces since Chael, if not Chael it's the easiest opponent since Matyushenko.

I see OSP as a favorite in the first and maybe, depending on circumstances, second rounds knowing that he improved his wrestling since Glover. So yeah, definitely a good punt on him.
 
OSP is really a tremendous talent. I think he would fuck up Gustaffson, give Rumble a tough fight, and have as good a chance against DC as Rumble and Gustaffson did.

If Jones is as good as he was when he was smoking rock and taking tequila shots off 'Querque hookers mid-camp, he'll do OSP like he did Gus and it will be awesome to watch. OSP totally has a shot.

Presuming Jones is even slightly well-trained for this, he's gonna run right through Ovince. Like, I'm talking head kick KO in the first minute of the second round.
 
Ah yes a post of the underdog beating the favorite. Someone has to make one just on the chance that they might be right.

OSP is the most similar body type to Jones since Gustafsson. DC is at a huge disadvantage given his body type/size/reach. OSP doesn't have those disadvantages. I know he is not on Jones' level by any means, but he has the POTENTIAL to make this exciting (more so than DC does/did)
 
If OSP wins, it'll be by KO. That chance is pretty small, but in my opinion it's still more likely to happen than DC winning by decision. Good fight considering it's short notice.
 
Throw enough shit at the wall and something will stick OP.
