OSP to Jones: "Just tell the world the truth"

Is it a fair question for OSP to ask?

Damn. That's real. If you really are guilty i can't imagine what it's like reading that from your opponent.

Like Jon would care what OSP thought.. He doesn't care what anyone except a small number of people think, and even then he probably doesn't care much about their opinion either. He clearly thinks everyone in the world is dumb by his comments. The dude's body has changed drastically in the year and some change he's been absent.

It still baffles me that someone like Jones.... who is ducking HW and has every advantage you can possibly have over his opponent would take PEDs lol...

that's fucking retarded

I think I could speak for a lot of people, irrational sherdoggers not included, that if Jones admitted to exactly what he did, I'd respect him more, and could legitimitely see it as him growing as a person.

How many passes ya'll going to let him have? He got on t.v. and lied about basically living a drug free lifestyle and this is after all the crap he's done.

Has anyone ever come out and just admitted that they were on steroids after they were initially caught? Some have went on to talk about it, but I can't remember a fighter owning up to it right after they are busted. I would respect someone more if they would.
Mike Richman in Bellator, he took it like a man, admitted it and admitted why he did it, was very honest about it

Thats the only way really, excuses never work for positive tests, especially since its always the same excuses

Why would you start taking PEDs for the first time against a guy you already beat fair and square? That makes no sense. Now if you beat DC the first time while on the juice, you would certainly want the same help again, not only for improved performance but for confidence.

Add to the fact Chael and Glover talking about how unbelievably strong Jones was post fight, and the absurdly low T/E ratio around the time of the first DC fight, he was most likely cycling since the beginning.

I haven't given him a pass, nor will I give him a pass, my opinion matters I might add. People say Jones is a liar and hasn't lived up to his promises of maturing, and they're right. I think it's interesting that rock bottom has given him a chance to actually prove he's matured though.

I'm not a Jones fan at all really, so it doesn't hurt me to know that he's %99 likely to be guilty of intent to cheat. Man up Bones.. or else I'll write you a strongly worded letter with paper cut inducing edges.

Jones is probably a clinical narcissist and believes he's done absolutely nothing wrong

Yeah that's not going to happen anytime soon.

He didn't test positive at that time, hence no PEDs. DC is the one that has every right to be pissed.

Except we all know if he did admit it, it's because an advisor told him it'd be good PR. There's nothing real about Jon Jones, sadly.

The thing with Jones that i have to separate from all the other guys is this... He went out and purposely sold himself as the guy who snitches on people who smoke weed. etc, etc. He was out doing coke and smoking weed. To just go out and flat out lie like that for years is not a normal personality trait.

This.

I love watching the guy fight, but there's been concrete proof that his character is crooked as fuck for years.

Him turning out to be a cheat is a bummer, but far from a surprise.

How about fighters stop throwing around words like "PED" and "steroids" like they know exactly what they entail and who's taking what. That goes for even fighters we admire like the Diaz bros. They're just hastily generalizing everything.

"drug trafficker" can apply just as easily to a teenager who friends get their weed from.

Chael

With people like Jones, they lie and play mental gymnastics with themselves so when they lie to the world, they feel like they're telling the truth because they did on themselves already.

Didn't Jon passed all the other tests though? People act like Jones failed all his USADA tests. It was one failed test out of six.

OSP lost a fight. You got your ass whip either way.

You guys are having trouble remembering how the Sonnen ordeals actually went down.

He plead guilty to the person drug testing him because he knew he'd fail.

In his second drug test, he went on a tirade at the NSAC after he popped positive but only for the substances he tested positive for initially.

It turns out there were more substances in his system that he didn't reveal but the drug tests later detected.

Sonnen always speaks candidly... after he gets caught directly doing the crime.

Jones tested positive for two estrogen blockers and he sat out for most of the new drug testing policy because of all of his shenanigans.

Lance Armstrong passed more than 500 drug tests but it turns out he juiced for most of his career.

Bypassing drug tests is easy. If a fighter tests positive once they probably cheated for long stretches of time.
