This is my attempt at starting a D&S review section like they have in G&E:
I ordered the optimum nutrition chocolate malt jug of whey protein from amazon.com for a reasonable price.
Taste: the chocolate taste is great as far as protein powders go when it's mixed with milk. I didn't find the taste that good when mixed with water, but compared to some other powders its pretty good.
Mixability: I found this powder to mix extremely well. All I do is put it in a water bottle with some milk and shake it vigorously for about a minute. After that I usually don't have any powder clumps.
Effectiveness: So far so good. I have gained more muscle mass in the last month than I did in the month prior when I didn't use protein powder.
Other: For the only downside I'll quote comedian and friend of Joe Rogan, Joey Diaz, "it makes my farts smell like 10 dead Iranians."
