Mark my words, Conor will fight Nate Diaz at UFC 200.

My guess is that the fight will be re-booked and the UFC will release a statement that the 2 parties come to an agreement.

Not showing up for this fight goes against everything he stands for.
Losing the payday.
Letting down the irish fans.
His re-match with Diaz he wanted so badly

He will be there!

Doesn't anyone else think this will just add to the build up.

Maybe they just want to know if Nate can beat Conor on 3 days notice by making him think the fight is off. Gotta do what you can to improve the chances of him winning.

In reality though, I really don't think he's going to fight at 200.

hope so

his legacy will turn into ronda´s if he does not show

The card is already half a flop with him on it, and they wanted it to be the biggest event they've ever done. Yeah, I'm pretty sure he'll be there.

I hope not, If Conor stay out of it, the UFC will put a better card for 200.

It's pretty awesome imo

Doubt it. Now is the UFC's best chance to show their roster that no one fighter is big enough to call the shots.

? Ronda's legacy is better. Long reigning champ who will have cleared out her division if she comes back to beat Tate and then Holly.

Conor's legacy right now is more like Rashad Evans if he retired right after Lyoto. Built up by the UFC hype machine, undefeated fight streak, takes a belt, is never able to defend it, loses in humiliating fashion.

Christy mack in ufc? Whats up with everybody inventing new name for conor

Did anyone else read this as a ransom note?

he doesnt have any integrity at all, he never has

he constantly claims that everything he predicted came true, he said he'd go through siver in 2 minutes and it went two rounds, he constantly tells us that he finishes fights and picks the round...what happened with max holloway?

go back and you can see him do interviews where he talks about strong-arming lorenzo into making an event at croke park...well...lool

he was going to destroy nate, knock him out or strangle him...lol

he makes messages about the tragic death of a fighter his team-mate fought, while at the same time he constantly talks about killing/burying his own opponents and he makes fun of fighters for not making any money...wonder how much Joao Carvalho got paid to die? Conor makes money off of shitting on other fighters, someone on Joao's level would have been scum to conor

dont make an appeal to conors integrity, he has none

ok, we'll mark your words.....whats your name again?

He won't retire, other events can pay for him to get out of his ufc contract and ufc can't afford to lose Conor.

This got me thinking...a while back didn't Kavanagh or someone talk about how in hindsight they (including Conor) realized that they should have requested the fight at a lower weight like 155 or 160? I want to say it was on MMA hour but not sure about that. Maybe they are trying to get the fight to a lower weight class. Perhaps they asked for $10m knowing the UFC would likely say no, and then Conor could threaten retirement in hopes that they could then agree to less than the $10m but at a lower weight class?

Just a tin foil hat thought...

They would rather just lower the weight class than give him 10 mil

That's exactly my point. If Conor and his team wanted the fight changed to a lower weight class, they may have acted like they wanted a shitload of money in hopes that UFC would say no so they could come back and say fine, but then we want the fight at 160lbs or something. I donno, just a thought. Probably not what is going on...
