Onions

if you're complaining about Onions, you have:

1. zero knife skills
2. a dull as shit blade

Also onions are the main cause for almost ALL kitchen accidents, b/c dumb ass chefs teach you the most HORRIFYING way to dice an onion that will SURELY get your hands cut.

Yea, you see step four, everyone teaches to use the horizontal slice, which is STUPID and adds nothing to the dice, other than a 50% chance of slicing your hand cuz you're cutting towards you with a very wobbly surface (you've already made 8 vertical slices and 1 horizontal slice and you expect to make another horizontal slice on what is practically mush atm???)

instead use radial cuts

Don't get me wrong, this bitch is just asking for her finger tips to get sliced off, the way she's holding the onion (cutting/dicing should be done with fingers, in, making a claw motion), but it's the best pic i can find of using radial cuts on an onion, instead.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE onions

But my wife is allergic to them, for serious. Meaning by consequence I had to cut a lot of onions out of my diet cause she cooks all our meals where I'm a lazy piece of shit. But I get my onions back when we have things like taco night and I can put onions on mine
 
I like them.

But I also eat anything edible, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I was taught to do #4 before #3 so you would not cut your self. Made since as you are no longer cutting a bunch of strings as a whole onion.

I love white and yellow onions. Freaking delicious, and good for you.

Red onions are ok.

Onions are amazing.

You can cook them, fry them, deep fry them, put them in the oven, grill, add a little spice to it by having some raw chopped up.

Different ways of preparing them gives a new flavor.
