Genuine, one punch knockout power is rare in boxing, as most fighters have to repeatedly hit their opponents to knock them out. What fighters have/had the power to end a fight with one punch?

Hamed
Wilder
Julian Jackson
Hearns
Adonis Stevenson

Almost all the great (and many average) heavyweights have multiple one punch KO's in their record. It's the combination of boxing skills with their physical attributes that gives them that ability. You wouldn't be surprised if Wladimir Klitschko or Cleveland Williams have KO'd an opponent cold. Smaller boxers like Bob Satterfield or Bob Foster are the phenomenal examples.

i'd like to add both Herbie Hide and Michael Moorer to the list

i don’t recall prince naseem ever knocking anyone unconscious with one punch. like ever.

ezra sellers, limited fighter but absurd power:

dmitry kudryashov (probably the hardest puncher i’ve ever seen, overall):

there used to be a great kudryashov highlight on YT that had no music and all original fight audio, the sound of his punches is horrific

reymart gaballo, just lost to donaire, but hits absurdly hard:

lennox lewis, everyone knows he’s a great fighter but he’s one of the hardest hitting HW’s ever as well:

jaime garza, absolutely nuclear power for a bantamweight:

In terms of some guys from the last number of years whose style actually relies on setting up huge, single shots, I think of Andy Lee and Nonito Donaire. There are bigger punchers than those two, but their styles were explicitly reliant on setting up that one big shot.

special shout out to jorge maysonet & ricardo torres. two nuclear punching fighters whose most devastating KO’s aren’t available on youtube anymore but the footage IS out there
