I agree about the tendons, it's a shame because I really like the different flavours you can make them with but as soon as I get a bit of gristle I'm out. I used to boneless but they're prety much just a chicken nugget.
Yeah you're not wrong. Hundreds of varieties of different seafood prepared in hundreds of different ways compared to....chicken wings.
My partner is a wicked cook, who makes an amazing biryani, but she loves boned chicken and I can't stand it. She thinks that breasts are too dry.
I buy breasts anyway. I'm enjoying this lovely rice dish and I bite on some hard shit...takes me out of the experience...
Even happened in a sandwich a few times.
