One Day of Training in Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Any suggestions?

I am going to be in Ft. Lauderdale for vacation and I would love to check out a school for a day and train. Do any schools out there offer a day pass?

I am looking for Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. I would say Muay Thai over Jit Jitsu but if they offer both, great. I do gi, but I won't have my gi with me.

Training on vacation is what I call vacation !!!

Sounds good, man...you can also call the gym at 407-677-5269 to let them know you're coming in b/c I usually don't train on Saturdays (but maybe my GF will let me make a special trip out to the gym to train with a fellow sherdogger).
