once WME pays off their debt.. what do they do next?

Not much will change. MMA is headed towards boxing. Zuffa slowed the process, we won't go backwards.

lol they have no intention of paying it off. You think ari listens to dave ramsey

Fertitta bros with dana/mac combo are the biggest gangsta in this bitch.
theyre gonna pull this off and get the ufc back at a fraction.

Drive the market up with overrated hype jobs, major risk, sell at highest, overhype some figthers to a sickening degree, watch it crumble, buy at lowest, classic game. Cant believe the Jews got played by the Italians in this deal..

Epic battle . Jews control the banks and media tho

2.6% of the companies in the s&p 500 carry no debt. that's 13 out of 500. debt is normal.
Yep, this is solely because cash on hand is king. Companies let their money work for them and use debt to fund growth at a lower rate than their cash produces returns.

This is true.

But it's also that sort of thing that makes it so hard for me to understand why anyone with $4 billion to spend on a sporting organization would purchase the UFC instead of, say, the Yankees. If you want to talk about an IP goldmine, that's where it's at. I could sell more Yankees caps in New York city alone in a year than I could UFC gear in the entire world.

With the UFC, you're essentially buying a sport in most people's eyes. The stranglehold on the market makes people automatically assume MMA is UFC. That alone puts it over a franchise, regardless of who it is.

Sports teams are known money pits. Ok cool, you buy them for 4 billion, guess what, you now have a 300 million dollar payroll every year. Don't spend the money? Players will leave. The low salaries in MMA make it attractive as hell to investors.

And I get you're joking about the Yankee caps, but that doesn't all go directly to them. It's part of the revenue sharing defined in the CBA. Same thing with NBA and NFL

Not sure what their business plan is, it the UFC has been sucking home fit since the purchase.

They'd probably get another loan to expand the UFC even more.

Maybe you should pay attention to the show Silicon Valley.
