He looks like many other highly touted prospects that come in these days. His striking game is top notch but he still has a way to come in his grappling game, especially in regards to his defensive wrestling.

I'm not ignoring the fact that he snapped his leg, this was looking like it would pose a problem prior to the injury. He needs to learn to defend takedowns and work on getting back to his feet.

His future success will be determined by how much he improves his ground game as he continues his career.

His grappling was incredible tbh.

My only question is how is he going to handle the bigger guys. Dude is a string bean

Would be lol to watch him get KO'd. Could be the next george roop

Broken leg, trying to defend takedowns and never got subbed or TKOd, I’d say he’s fine. Him vs Neck Tats next.

These lanklets are too fragile, imo.

He is soo skinny..jimmy rivera would eat this guy for breakfast

Dude is though as f###. He rode out the 3rd round with one broken leg

He's young and trains at a good camp. He could have a holloway-esque run.

He needs better opponents with a better fight IQ. What we witnessed was unforgivable.

well, the only reason he didn't get tkod was because his opponent has an IQ of -37

I agree, grappling was decent. Avoided trouble and maintained position well. Blew that triangle attempt but was real close on the armbar out of it. He will struggle with the D1 guys but everyone does. Hopefully he puts on some muscle with age to size up better as he moves up the ranks.

The Caraways and the Stammans of the world will have their way with Sugar.

Kicky, spinny shit when you're that thin equals fractures.

Grappling is barely passable against a fighter who doesn't recognize a legit injury and isn't exactly known for his crushing top game. O'Malley needs to acquire better defensive wrestling because the guys at the top of the division are leagues beyond Andre in wrestling.

Defensive BJJ is also completely different than defensive wrestling BTW

Dude is like 22 years old. He's already dangerous and he's got plenty of time to grow and get better.
