Media O'Malley is not taking the loss well

Nah he won 3 and 5, merab took the rest
3rd is debatable but could certainly be scored for O'Malley. He won the 5th I thought, but not decisively. I'm fine with 50-45 or 48-47 Dvalishvili, but I scored it 49-46.

The amount of chaffing on Sean’s body has to be astounding. 25 minutes of caressing with Merab who likely shaves his body hair is bound to leave some rash like effects.

Taking that mean of a loss in a good way would be unexpected. If the fight had been close, Sean would be able to hold his head high...it wasn't close at all.

Suga was never even in there, Merab spanked his ass really bad.
According to his podcast he's taking 10-12 months off now
That'd be a wise move, coupled with a Minimum of social media interactions.

I didn't watch the fight.
I don't blame Merab for doing what he does best, but he's a sportkiller and the rules need to be changed to prevent horny little men from winning with hugs and erectocardio.

Merob was this close 🤏🏿 to a head kick ko . All he had to was try it. And land it.

Hate to see it. GOATs are made by how they rebound from losses imo like GSP or Silva.

He’s a good kid
He’ll be back
Hopefully he learns from it and becomes more offensive and not always wait for the counters
he should maybe build some more muscle and move up a division

this man child cookie cutter modern phenotype of everything that is wrong is coming to the realization that he will never, ever again touch greatness. he gets beat up by the other contenders now and we witness the sugar sour

so did Merab fuck his wife yet?

I'd be salty too if my opponent cuddled me for 25 minutes and the judges decided to gift him my belt.
There was only one guy who got hurt in the fight and it wasn't Sean.

This is an absurd take. Sean was in Merab's waters and he didn't swim at all, all he did was hold his breath and try to survive a decision. he chose to lose that way. He could have created space / openings to escape and get back to his feet, but he knew Merab may finish him as a result of creating those openings, so he didn't. That's the nature of bottom position -- either you are so out classed you get finished no matter what, you stall, or you create openings/space that can be used to either get finished or get up. Sean chose stalling the entire fight so that he wouldn't get finished. You can't do that against a guy like Merab with an endless gas tank.

Cry more, but Merab made all the correct choices, Sean made all the wrong ones.
