O'Maley has no charisma

I love O'Malley. He's chilled a lot since he lost to Cheeto though which is too bad. I used to like when he believed that he was going to be the greatest legacy fighter ever like Anderson Silva but white.

I'm built the same way, tall 6ft, thin, and when I was sparring, my speed, accuracy and length was a real problem for everyone I faced. So when I see a guy like O'Malley knocking dudes out, and making lightning quick moves, i'm all in on wanting to see him succeed.

I'm coming around to him, I liked him in the interview he did with Bisping recently, although I was baked when I watched it so maybe that had something to do with it.

He's also very good and still young. Let's see what happens, I'll tune in though so he's doing something right

His work in the octagon surpases his power of speech for sure. Which i am a fan of. But yeah his ability to speak doesnt make him intelligent.

He’s drier than open dog food. He lets his hair do the talking….but I will say, he’s at least armed with some wit for comebacks. Cody was under fire!!!

I mean.. it's not like other fighters are BURSTING with personality.

I think he's got alright charisma by comparison.

But I agree he largely stands out because of the wacky hair and appearance, weed smoking etc.

Hanging around Sherdog I've learnt he is a cuck as well, so there's always more to learn :)

He has more charisma than Colby, and is arguably the most exciting fighter in the roster right now. His striking is superlative. My only worry is that he doesn't seem to think fighting ranked competition is important for getting to the next level. But I think this is a strategic mistake: the big fights will put him in the spotlight and, if successful, will bloat his value. Fighting prospects is a very dangerous game, considering that there are killers everywhere at this point.

I don't believe Sean is 'ducking' top competition because he 'knows' he will be exposed. He just thinks building a highlight reel against fighters that he can outstrike and look good against generates value. Which it does, but again, it is a dangerous game.

Hopefully, if he wins against Paiva, a fight with Cody could materialize. If he can beat Cody, it is a different conversation, even if Cody loses tomorrow. Then again, Paiva is no slouch...

I feel like no one in the UFC is currently special at the mic. Even Conor is just shadow of his former self. You either have guys like kamaru that are trying so hard to by like Conor that its just annoying as fuck or humble bois that dont talk that much. Dont see any big star like Conor coming any time soon
I think a lot of it comes from people trying to be like Conor but that's not their character so it isn't naturally flowing or just seems like it's not really them so it comes off fake. Others are just scared to say something because they don't want to be viewed in a certain way. They focus too much on being looked at as the good guy that they don't say anything at all or give any opinions at all. There's a few that is just being themselves, so they tend to stand out more.

Look at Conor, no gimmicks, no crazy hair, just charisma. These dweebs try so hard to be like him lol
Old Conor yes. The current Conor is trying to be like old Conor after trying to be like Mayweather. People posting Conor's old interviews shows a drastic difference between him now and him back then in his personality and views.

That fight would only happen if Cody loses to Kai Kara. If he wins he'll try and get the title fight at 125. If he loses he can use the reasoning of not feeling his best at that weight and move back up and possibly fight O'Mally. But I don't think O'Mally would really take that fight, he chirping right now because Cody is at a different weight class, he had all the oppurtunity in the world to fight him while he was at BW. O'Mally likes to bluff. He is scared of top competition after fighting Vera. That's why there is zero talks ever about him trying to get his "FLUKE" back and also why he stays away from ranked fighters.

What???? O'Malley's idiotic mouth and hair are the only top ten things about him!!!

His personality consists in having a crazy hair and smoking weed. I really like him as a fighter (and that of course is the most important), but he is nothing special at the mic.
I tend to NOT agree with Team Alpha MAIL fighters but they're right on this one. He looks like a clown.

Yeah, I don't believe that narrative about him being afraid. I think it is childish.

He is pretty boring on his podcast on YOutube. Certainly isn't as funny and engaging as Michael Bisping on his podcast. I would agree he lacks in charisma, but he makes up for it in image (being literally colorful) and has a fan friendly fight style.

He is literally dressed up like a clown. What the fuck did you expect from him? The guy is a clown!!

I agree with this to an extent..

You don't need to focus so much on your look if you have an original, charismatic personality.

Look at a guy like Chael- he wears jeans and a t-shirt to every presser and the guy steals the show every time because of his wit and charisma.

McGregor, Rousey, Covington, O'Malley- none of these guys add up to even half of one Chael.

Nah he's afraid, that's why he isn't taking those fights. If you have the whole division call you out when you need a replacement fight and you instead pick someone not even in the UFC as your fight. You are scared. It's different if that fighter was calling him out, he wasn't, he was picked as showcase fight for O'Mally. He was signed to get KO by O'Mally, but O'Mally wasn't able to pull it off.

Then after that fight instead of fighting the people he talks shit about, he picks another fighter not ranked. He's 100% scared.
