Sadly, their new champ could end up being Tamada. Or, (Happily) this could be an excuse to give a belt to Shinashi again.

That would be great for Satoko, not many WMMA fighters have such a record

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on a girl who could very well be a professional soon that is good enough to be a champion.
Her name is Jena "Jenacide" Baldwin and she is currently the GOTC woman's 145 pound world amateur champion..
She is off the charts athletic, great standup, excellent on the ground and tough as nails. As a bonus she is great looking and has that "it" factor that so many athletes and entertainers lack to become super over with the fans. She is also super sweet and the girl you hope your son will marry. If you are younger than me you will want to marry her also.
Well you guys don't deserve her, tbh.
She is trained by Eric Hibler here in Pittsburgh. Hib is a retired pro fighter who fought Jens Pulver and Richie Crunkilton. He has also trained Kurt Angle when Kurt was considering testing the MMA waters a few years ago.
Hib is a great guy and has his youtube channel with some of his training routines.

next fight is closer then I thought
Any idea where she is thinking of debuting? Watched two of her fights hope to see her in invicta as 135/145er.
Maybe UFC 185 in March?
Johannesburg (South Africa) - EFC is renowned for its rapid growth and launches forward into 2015 with the opening of a women
You forgot the at the end of the post...Jojo would pick apart and destroy Felice. I can`t think of a better tailor-made opponent for Calderwood in that division. With no fear of being taken down by Felice, Calderwood could unload with her full arsenal on Herrig`s face. I would think that Jojo would take that fight in a heartbeat; a chance to showcase her skills on a low-risk, easily beatable Top 15 fighter...and she could recover some of her pre-TUF 20 swagger.

Calderwood does not want that fight. She could be biting off more than she can chew.
