I am predicting someone will get knocked out badly when
Amanda Nunes & Cris Cyborg meet in December do to the
fact both of them hit like heavyweights or close to it.
 
Upon winning this weekends EBI CJJ tournament, Jon Blank said Grace Gundram was going to be bringing another belt home to 10th Planet Bethlehem in December.

So, looks like she's in the 115lb tournament and not just another special match.

10th Planet Bethlehem is like 20 minutes away from me.... 15 minutes from where Katlyn Chookagian is from. Pretty cool.
 
Thunder Fight in Brazil is promoting a one night 4-women 115lbs tournament to crown their first champion, and their plan is to have two more before the end of the year to crown two more champions.

Marina Rodriguez and Luana Carolina who got picked up from the contender series have competed for them in the past.

OK i've no idea what a Suicide Girl is, and no real desire to know either. It was interesting that Di Segni's team had Gillian Robertson fly out to Italy to help with their camp, is she independently wealthy? Anyway it seemed like a nice break for Robertson, hope she isn't inspired to get a bunch of tattoos.

So Karolina Wojcik (3-0-0) is now facing Cheyanne Vlismas at EFC 74 after Diana Felipe withdrew. I dunno much about Wojcik other than she trains in England and is strawweight champ at UK FC.

I'd honestly like to see them bring in a challenger for Chiara Penco to defend her title against, she won it back in January and hasn't fought for EFC since. I think either fighter with a win here could bag a title shot.
 
Really? How stupid can the UFC get? They just had a title fight scrapped because the TUF fighter ended up in the hospital from a bad weight cut, and now they're putting in another TUF fighter who has also had a fight scrapped from a bad weight cut. What are they going to do next, book a fight against Dern and have her miss weight by 6 pounds?

At 125 Eubanks has about as good a claim as JJ, but JJ is the fight that will sell as a main event. Not sure why the change. Hopefully nothing is wrong with Joanna.
 
Ick... for starters I was looking forward to both Joanna vs. Valentina & Eubanks vs. Eye, and I don't think this should be headlining their upcoming event in New York. I dunno what they were thinking scrapping JJ vs. Val for this, unless Joanna is injured or something.

Ok, I am hearing JJ would not be ready by Nov 3. Makes sense, as she was travelling and doing a shit ton of media crap.

Time. UFC moved the fight to 03NOV18 and JJ needed more time. They were supposed to fight on 08DEC18.
 
What a huge disappointment. Why is the UFC doing this? Did Joanna pull out or something of the sort? It doesn't make sense to scrap Joanna vs Valentina for this. I'd rather wait more for Joanna vs Valentina.

Well, the UFC wanted the fight for some reason 03NOV instead of 08DEC and JJ needed more time.

I was really looking forward to that fight.
