I also nominated Pan for best poster, and he's on the right. And there are many more. SBJJ as an individual is an overly partisan poster whose posting quality I do not rate highly, and rather than simply accept that that is my view, he has to try to reimagine it as bias to protect his ego.

Yea I know we've had quite a few discussions where some we agreed, some we disagreed, and some we met in the middle but I've never once felt "flamed" by you. Not even close. Though I think that's relative to the context of our discussions. We both have a very true form of discussion when receiving the same in return. Imo at least.

There are lots of right-wing posters I respect here, though I certainly disagree wtih them, and sometimes about big things, and sometimes I'll call out shit that I think is wrong, etc. You're probably thinking of Denter.

But, yeah, Zank, ST, MMAisGod, Lead, Polish, Pan, TheGreatA, wai, MikeMcMann, NothATheist, Devout Pessmist, and more are good contributors to the group. Even Inga, who SBJJ constantly white-knights and accuses me of "stalking" (?) is OK, though I think she's very dishonest.

Pan and I used to go at it (mostly very respectfully) about a lot of things. He voted for Trump. He is a conservative, right-leaning poster, but not a partisan Republican, and lately the kinds of issues we disagree on (with him being to my right) haven't been prominent in discussions here.

However, you're being MUCH more charitable than I would be with posters like wai, DP, and Inga. I think DP is probably the smartest of the bunch, but his full-throated embrace of posters like Palis and Ripskater kind of show just how much his maturity undermines his intelligence. And I would tend to agree that Polish has crossed the center line to the left. I certainly hold Lead, TheGreatA, Zank, and panamaican in high regard.

Given that his positions are largely right-leaning and this board has a glaring dearth of right-wing intelligence, you should familiarize yourself with him. As far as your hostility and obsession with hierarchy/subservience on the left, I attribute that to your intellectual frustrations and your unfamiliarity with the concept of friendliness and human relations that aren't based on compulsion.

A simple two minute search can resolve that presumption or you can ask me about random issues, both social or policy, and I can tell you the ones I do or don't support. Most of the leftist I have discussed topics with as a whole have classified me as "center - slightly right", which makes the most sense. Talk to me about guns for example and say I support all leftist talking points.

Partisan-wise, I don't think people will refer to your mass eating of vegetables as an indicator of your political stance.
