Official Titanfall Thread

Ill hop on tonight after work around 9 pm EST. (Xbox One)
 
Is anyone else experiencing issues with lag? Since I logged in the other day I keep getting a lot of lag in the aiming controls, and it's making the game completely unplayable.
 
I got fucked around for my xbox time. I wanted to game all night last night, but wifey decided she wanted to party with me till 5am. lol. Had a blast though. Had some friends over, etc etc.

I tried to log on for a few games to show my buddy, but it actually kept kicking me and disconnecting me. It was weird. I would log into a loby for 5 seconds, and then it would kick me.
 
Man I haven't played this in a couple weeks. Anybody still play this on the One? Might have to jump back on soon.
 
I am having serious issues with this. Fucking CAN NOT get into a game. I tweeted @titanfallgame and they said I need to check my router and ensure I have certain ports opened.
I don't have a fucking clue how to do any of that techy crap, and I am pissed. I was playing this game without any issue right up until last friday, now it screwed.
Not happy.

if you're on PC, make sure the version # in the bottom left when first opening TF is 1.0.2.15. If it's lower than that, then the update didn't apply for whatever reason and you need to manually start the update through Origin.

nm you're on Xbox. no idea then.

I'm still enjoying it. Haven't been able to get on a much as I'd like lately, but that should change soon as work is dying down. Should get a group going soon and kill stuff.
 
I'm back to playing occasionally in Xone. Face2face95.
 
Anyone else experiencing unplayable lag? It's like 3 FPS
 
I am still loving this game. I was a little pissed off when the game was kicking me, but I figured out the porting issue and got it working. I am on Xbox360 but I run a wireless router, so I had to open some particular ports on my D-Link.

It wasn't as complicated as I thought it was going to be, due to their help guides.

Anyways I am Gen3 now, about level 40. Rocking this bitch. I love this game so much man. It is just waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun.
 
One thing I am really loving about this game is the Gen challenge requirements. They are enough of a challenge to force you to work, but not so outlandish that you get frustrated.

I have never been good with sniper rifles in FPS games, but I think next Gen I will need to get 200 kills with the Longbow Rifle, so I should be much better by the time I complete that set of challenges.

I also appreciate that there is an XP boost when you regen. I don't know if it goes up 10% for every Gen or not, but when I regenned the first time I accumulated XP at 110%, and then regenned a second time and it said I would accumulate at 120%. Sweet.
