I need to get to grips with the shotgun

The smg car and the rc101 are my favoured picks

I seem to be good at taking out titans via rodeo

I hate when people rodeo me argh!!!
 
Yeah I started using electric smoke because I was finding that if I disembarked to kill the pilot, they would jump off and be ready for me and I would end up getting shot 50% of the time.

I liked the CAR and the rc101 too, but as a regen requirement for Gen3, I have to unlock some of the shotgun challenges so I have been running with it exclusively since I regenned.
Once you get used to it, it is a fraking BEAST of a gun. OHK at close ranges are frequent. Use the Amped card and holy shit, watch out.

I find the more I play with any gun the more i like it. I started liking the Shotty then the CAR then carbine 101 then R-97 man all of these guns are good.

I am in Gen 3 now and well I agree the Plas rifle is a harder challenge to complete then many other titan weapon ones. I enjoy the reward when you land a nice charged shot to end some ones romp.

No worries. I was at the end of my gaming run for the night anyways, and you only lasted a short time before you either got kicked or quit.

Nobody wants a pissed off woman.
 
Chances are good I will be putting in some work today about 6:00pm, so if anyone on XB360 wants to get on comms and try to work on some map call-outs, add me up.

I got held up at work, and never got home until about 8. Didn't see you online by the time I was there.

I got stuck in a lobby with a Gen7 dude and a bunch of Gen3's and 4's. What a smoke-show. Totally dominated over and over. I ended up backing out and finding a new lobby but those dudes had some serious skills. It was like they knew every move I was going to make before I made it.

Hipfire only, wall bounce and bunny hop left to right when face to face with someone, once you master the shotgun you can be a huge problem for the other team, especially if they can't track targets in the air very well :icon_twis


Also, these Gen6 Brain Surgeon challenges are bullshit, dooming 50 titans I could have lived with, not doom, destroy and make sure no-one else gets the last damage in before it explodes else you wasted your time.

Friday night, after my wife goes to bed, I will be staying up super late and playing till the wee hours of the morning. I stay up late to prepare for night shifts which are coming up.
