Weird, as the game releases on steam in like 3 hours. Review embargos and stuff like this have really killed my enthusiasm.

Sadly it seems my fears are well founded. Does not run well on PC, and those that do get it to play well do not seem enthused by the game itself. Will just wait for a sale I guess

Yikes Lost Soul Aside isn't very good. The combat lacks impact, it feels weightless. That's one of my pet peeves in action games. MC voice is also terrible, like really terrible and I'm not one to usually complain about that stuff. During combat he just sounds so bored like he's reading off a piece of paper.

Demo saved me 60 bucks

I can't lie. I am not really hyped for this 007 game. There are more interesting releases next year than 007, which I'd rather have take 007's place at this State of Play. I'll give it a shot. I hope this isn't 2025's last State of Play.

There definitely will be unless they really are just waiting to show Saros gameplay at Game Awards. Tokon will be at TGS as well and I bet we'll see a character reveal leading up to it. That's two games I can see being at the next one.

Lies of P DLC had Wolverine claws that was really well executed. I felt like Wolverine when I used them although the movesets were rather limited. But I can see a very enjoyable game if they nail the control and feel of a clawed berserker.

I do strongly believe there will be a state of play next week. We’ve gotten them in the past couple years right before Tokyo Game Show. I’m thinking Wednesday or Thursday. Probably have a Japanese focus which I’m completely fine with but they could also include a first party game or two. Hopefully I’m not wrong and don’t get disappointed. If they do have one my hope is we see Final Fantasy Trilogy Part 3 get revealed officially and we see either Saros or Wolverine. Hopefully both. You guys think we get something?

There have been a lot of rumors re next week's SOP, and I hope they are right. There are games we could really use updates on. I think we need some kind of big Showcase where we get 2-4 big announcements, with one being the elephant in the room, Wolverine. FF7 pt.3, Saros gameplay, Pragmata, Intergalactic and maybe Spider-man 3/next R&C if Wolverine isn't given an update. There is a lot to look forward to, but we just don't know enough about these projects lol. I guess this is the downside of AA and AAA games, they take so long to make.
