Headhunter is a belt that when you kill rare mobs you steal all their mods for 20 seconds. It's one of the best belts from mapping in the game.

i had so much fun mapping with the headhunter in poe 1. the most hilarious and filthy item i've ever used in any arpg by far. well worth it's weight in gold. you would almost have to say that it's broken.
