PoE 2 Classes - List of All Confirmed Classes & Their Breakdown
In this article we list all of the Classes/Ascendancies that will be playable in Path of Exile 2. Find out which class is the most appealing to you!mobalytics.gg
Witch Hunter and Infernalist sound pretty sweet.
going for a titan warrior first because from everything i'm piecing together it looks like it'll be the easiest for me to come up with something that i can farm enough currency to trade for gear to get a proper league starter going so i can run that to farm currency for a proper endgame build eventually. some of the effects and skills look cool as hell and i want to see if they gave melee the proper attention and love that it deserves this time around. i spent years running cyclone and molten strike builds before those eventually got nerfed into the ground, and after that melee pretty much became neglected and dead as a whole, only to be outshone by zoom zoom casters deleting everything from 3 screens away. hopefully they do melee its proper justice in this go-around.
gonna start off going titan and probably end up with some kind of a sorc by the time i've managed to figure everything out and get something going. by then i'll see what the meta is before i lock myself in.
wondering if i can work in the glorious chaos innoculation keystone into a warrior build. might be a little bit of a stretch here. i don't think i've ever worked CI into a melee build.
hoping that the shadow trickster class and the whispering ice staff will find their way back into the game sooner than later. hoping for an icestorm 2.0 build. used the icestorm shadow dancer build for the last 2 years and after spending a large fortune piecing it all together and min/maxing it, it slays every single bit of content, even after a bit of nerfs. i'm hoping i can get more or less out of it again in this one. even though i don't yet see cyclone as a skill gem this time, although there is the cast while channeling support so maybe id have to find a different skill to auto cast icestorm from my second staff when i'm mapping, and then manually cast from my primary staff when i'm melting bosses and shit. i'm sure cyclone will be in the game and spin2win will still be in. poe2db just hasnt confirmed it.
man there's still so much i'm trying to take in and i only know maybe 20% of all the things that i kinda need to know just so that i will know where i am supposed to be going. i wish they would datamine this shit and get it over with but the other part of me is excited to just ignore the internet and dive right into the game rather blind and try to piece something together with the stuff i get thrown at me to work with and see if i can get anywhere with it.
even though if POE 1 is anything to go by, 99% of the time this will often result in disaster for everybodies first character. or attempt thereof. but i am quite very well aware of this and i fully expect my first character to be a complete write-off by the time i give it it's early retirement. but it's the learning experience that i'll gain out of it and just being able to fuck around with all this new stuff and game mechanics i've never tried before.
i'm so used to using tried and true user guides off their forums and they have never done me wrong to this day. but it's looking like i'll probably be waiting weeks if not months to find any worthwhile meta builds. and neversink said that he wants to enjoy the game for a week or two before he updates the filterblade website with the new filters so it's going to be little while until i can get my loot filter all customized and set up. but it is what it is. i'm still hyped to shit for this game.
