Love had a cold night from 3, which happens especially to PFs who are expected to grab 10-15 rebunds a game, and 7 of his 9 shats tonight were 3s because his entire role in the offense is just to hang out and take 3s or crash the boards

This is what happens when people trivialize the careers of all time greats because they didn't get a ring. When there are actual discussions of whether you'd rather be a role player like Robert Horry with 7 rings compared to Charles Barkley with none, these players aren't trying to hear that. What Jordan did in the 90s was great, but that alone shouldn't have shut down the GOAT convos when he had top 50 Pippin and GOAT rebounder Rodman on his team in an era when the shooting guard position was weak af.
