some of you guys are seriously retarded (not saying you specifically JCC)
you can't make the claim that LeBron needs help, is facing 'stacked teams' when he has two other 20 point scorers on his team
TWO OTHER 20 PT SCORERS, on top of supposedly the best player in the world...
they should never lose if james is so good. He's not
question for the bern huggers: how many finals teams have had 3 twenty pt scorers?
You can also add to that fact the complete lack of competition in the eastern conference. The celtics finished with the best record in the least this past year. How embarrassing is that? When did the bulls ever finish with anything lower than a one seed during the 91-93 run or the 96-98 run? From what I remember, only the suns in 93 and the jazz in 98* had a better record (*98 jazz and bulls finished with the same record, but the jazz beat the bulls twice that season, so they had the tie-breaker). Meanwhile, lebron can barely limp into the playoffs with a team that continuously rested its best players, and barely won 50 games.
People can downplay jordan's competition, but those mid 90's knicks teams had plenty of talent with ewing, mason, oakley, starks, etc. The heat with mourning, hardaway, and mashburn were pretty damn good, and the pacers with miller, jackson, smits, and the davis bros could have easily been champions if they didn't run into the bulls and the lakers a couple of years later. Meanwhile, the cavs are going up against teams with barely a star on them (indiana, toronto, boston); give me a fucking break. Last year, they only managed to win after a monumentally historic collapse by their opposition, and lost by nearly 20ppg in their 3 defeats.
This myth that lebron is anywhere near jordan would not stand the light of day if it was actually scrutinized with facts instead of the shallow and superficial "analysis" current "experts" throw out there.
