Man, my new PS4 coming in, glad about cloud saves since I don’t gotta redo my Old variations
 
I was playing Liu Kang for 6 hours straigh, damn i lost too much but i didnt wanted to quit. I switched day for night because of MK, time to take break

Thats tier in ranked actually, hopefully it looks fine as community wanted
Shang Tsung looks weak but we will see, his combos are no more than 300 dmg
 
Most fighting games have this anyway. I'm sure some players will wait a couple of days because everyone starts at the bottom and they might run into a Sonicfox or Ninjakilla.

300 dmg isn't that bad depending on how he plays. Jade gets less (only like 145 off of a meterless punish) and she's still good.

Well I think I can safely say I'm now a Kabal main. Though I will say he has some really tough match ups against some characters that force me to go to Kano. Jacquie is extremely hard to fight against as Kabal.

His restand is so good especially if you fight someone who doesn't respect shit. Will lead into 400 damage total if you combine the damage of the first combo. Then you go for it again and if they're blocking it's a free throw.

Took a bunch of Ls when I first started using him and I do mean a bunch but that was because I was playing him wrong. I'm so used to playing most NRS games aggressive that it was a pretty big adjustment for me. Kabal is at his best when he's walking backwards wiff punishing but he can also apply pressure on block.

I find that I can make people stand block more with him which leads to an easy KB. All of his KBs are easy to hit but really they're not worth a fuck. Just some quick easy damage. Definitely a good all around character that will help teach you footsies.

It’s almost noon and Tsung still isn’t available, but hey, I can buy the ninja skins included in the Kombat Pack I already own as well as Frost, who I’ve already unlocked.

The AI shit’s all bugged. Results over the last four weeks with defense and last two weeks with offense aren’t saved and my defense team doesn’t save.

Random crashes in the Krypt.

Still have input issues with incorrect moves/specials or environment interactives going off at will. Doubt it’s my controllers as this is the only game that has this issue.

Side topic: if they were wanting to have a character using a few different ninja’s moves, why not add Chameleon here instead of giving Tsung ninja moves?

Shang Tsung can morph into different Ninjas if he successfully performs a Brutality.

During the Brutality, Hold Stance Change, Block and the following to become:

Up - Rain
Right - Ermac
Down - Noob
Left - Smoke

Are there more transformations? Let's lab together and find out.

Man I took your advice to try medium for input and got wrecked. I forgot I had it on that. And I was getting wrecked with kabal and said fuck I'll switch to Kano. I got so pissed off that I kept dropping combos that I started cussing. Then I went back to the menu and remember. So now I'm 4-7 in Kombat league. Started 0-7 lmfao

I only started using Medium because I saw other people lol. I think the Krushing Blow check and turning Negative Edge off are more important.

I'm liking Shang Tsung. Think I will put some time into him and try to make him a co-main to LK
