Meanwhile, between that, and Shitwater (Turd-Eau) importing 400,000 immigrants a year, there is no affordable housing for anyone.

1 bedroom apartments that were $750-$1000 a month are now going for $1,500+ with people lined up around the block trying to get chosen.

When this shithole is worth $1 million dollars, you know the housing market is an issue...

That rate wouldn’t be so bad if it hadn’t been Proceeded by over a decade of quantitative easing which has resulted in housing prices among other asset bubbles. So now instead of that house costing 300 it’s now 500 or even $800,000 when it was at a normal rate it would’ve been affordable even with 89% mortgage. But now at the inflated prices most people are priced out of the market
