Octagon Color: Grey or Gold?

Personally, I loved the fuck out of the gold Octagon last night.

I wish they would keep it for every event going forward, really popped off the screen.

What do y'all think?

I liked it. I think it would be cool if before every event they let the fans vote on the color of the octagon. It would probably get hijacked though, and we would end up with brown octagons for every event.

Grey, but i think the gold was fun for a one time thing. I wish they'd bring back the carona lime green for a card.

I'd also like to see some WEC blue for a fight night just for a change

I prefer the yellow but if it were sky pattern like blue sky and white clouds that would be cool, or an ocean wave pattern.

The gold was a nice change. It definitely threw me off at first though. The colored shorts are at least better than limiting everyone to black/white or white/black.

I think they should try a bunch of different color schemes. Different sponsors for the canvas can have their own special colors.

I think they did it to quickly pin point streams. That vid someone tried to post of Joe beating Diego was taken down in 15 seconds.

I miss the blue of the WEC.

And I also noticed that Silva threw a Fryklund-killing elbow in his fight against DC but it didn't land. I appreciated that.

I always thought it was light blue. Anyway, I liked the yellow one, it's nice for a change and makes the fighters stand out more. Although it reminded a lot of Cage Rage.

A change is nice every once in awhile.They should do different colors instead of the same look everytime.
