Unless I'm mistaken, St-Pierre mentioned the exact thing that you said at least once. Most probably, it was only once.

Georges St-Pierre in Countdown to UFC 69: "Maybe some people will call me crazy, but I have a DREAM that I will move up to other divisions to challenge the other UFC World Champions one day."

When St-Pierre said that, the UFC Countdown video showed images (or maybe even quick videos) of the faces of Anderson Silva and Chuck Liddell.

Most probably, the UFC Countdown that featured Georges St-Pierre was created to hype up UFC 69. The reason that I think that is UFC 69 took place in 2007 and that was when Chuck Liddell was still the UFC Light Heavyweight World Champion and Anderson Silva was still the UFC Middleweight World Champion.
