Russia Investigation: As the saying goes, a fish rots from the head down. Well, so do bad governments. Recent revelations about the behavior of President Obama and his CIA director John Brennan in pushing the bogus Russian collusion investigation suggest that's been the case.


The release of the FISA application by the FBI to investigate alleged collusion between Russia and President Trump's campaign and recent comments made by top officials are eye opening.


Not only did President Obama know about the investigation, he seems to have pushed it from the very beginning.

The attacks on politicians, civil servants, the FBI and the IC by Trump supporters are a painfully and blatently obvious attempt to discredit the findings that Trump, a serial draft dodging, tax dodging conman and his cronies were involved in shady shit from day one, prioritising this interference over protecting the country from attacks.

It's a full on cult of personality at this point, and anyone who supports him is complicit in it.
 
I would be surprised, shocked even, if Obama et al DIDN’T collude to bring Trump down. He was viewed by them as an existential threat. I’m guessing that, in their heart of hearts, +98% of this forum agrees with my speculation as well except half of them think is was fully justified but not to be openly discussed.

Anything that wasn't legal and within his remit as POTUS who understood the country had been attacked?

Lol they used a fake dossier to plant a spy in his campaign and certainly did tap his building.

To open up an investigation looking only for collusion but since that's not getting anywhere it's become and open ended investigation where now they are looking good for anything that trump has ever done...ever. If they don't find anything, he is the cleanest person in politics ever

Not sure your question is even technically answerable given the assumption you’re setting up with the bolded. Regardless, I’m not claiming direct knowledge of anything, just offering my assessment of the mindsets of the players in question.

I don't accept that pushing the investigatikn into Trump was a bad thing though. Trump and Russia smells fishy.

The dossier was real and the POTUS has chosen not to declassify the rest of the warrant. I wonder why, if it's evidence of wrongdoing? Hmmmmmmmm. What a mystery. It's definitely not because the known serial conman lied to you. There's no way he conned you. No chance. You're definitely not a low information gullible rube.

The investigation was to look into the attack on the US and any links to the Trump campaign and any other matters arising from the investigation. Funny how you're desparate for the investigation to stop, even though it's led to indictments, guilty pleas and you know it's going to continue to do so.

Well given the attacks are ongoing I'd bet there are daily occurences of where a hostile foreign nation is attempting to disrupt critical infrastructure including voting systems, power plants and everything else.

It's a shame a minority in this country are advocates of being literal cucks and doing nothing whatsoever in response. Such manliness.

The assumption is a rational one, unless you are claiming a huge conspiracy to simulate a successful attack on the US from russia. Such a claim is unfounded from what I can see, unless you have evidence to the contrary.
