I don't think the military is ready to turn on the good people of NC and butcher them. No, the military would just butcher them.

Well you're talking about the USA taking up arms against a seceding state. Hypothetically, NC would just be minding it's business and walking away. The military kinda just does what they are told. When the navy gets a strike package on a building, there isnt a debate on whether to fire or not.
If the people of north carolina commit treason and take up arms against the USA, then their blood will be shed.

And you'd see the females in this country up in arms having to share restrooms and locker rooms with straight men.. . . And?
What does that even mean? But your not necessarily right anyway. It may well be that bathroom discrimination based on gender is allowable as long as they are not applied against transgendered persons.
And you'd see the females in this country up in arms having to share restrooms and locker rooms with straight men.For a while, maybe. People felt the same way when they had to poop next to black people too. But they get over it eventually.
It means that a Court wouldn't necessarily have to rule that gendered bathrooms are unconstitutional. A court could rule that bathrooms can remain gendered and transgenders can use the bathroom they identify with. Instead of pure sex discrimination (which is permissible in some circumstances, including perhaps bathrooms) they could find that the law impermissibly discriminates based on gender identity. I.e. The law discriminates against those who have opposite sex gender identity. What does that even mean?
Honestly I'm not even sure what workers comp insurance is. Now that you've mentioned it, I'm certainly gonna look into it... I'm technically self-employed though. Between taxes & living expenses, there's not much left for health insurance. Especially when I get quoted at $350 a month for Obamacare. I feel like i work my ass for nothing. Gets old.You can't afford not to have health insurance.
Have you ever thought of checking out whether you can get workers' comp. insurance for yourself through your business as a non-subject worker electing coverage?
No problem, and I am serious. If you dont have health insurance, and you can elect coverage on yourself, it's health insurance and a disability policy wrapped up in one for injuries attributable to work. Don't be afraid to lawyer up either if the insurance cpany fights your claims. As a lawyer who is an expert in workers comp, trust me when I say its par for the course. I have represented timber fellers who habe had trees fall on them and had rhe insurance fight the claim.Honestly I'm not even sure what workers comp insurance is. They are. And I am one that punishes them for it. 70% of my income comes directly from insurance companies wh pay my fees for kicking their ass.Insurance companies are crooked some times.
Keep fighting the good fight. They are. And I am one that punishes them for it. 70% of my income comes directly from insurance companies wh pay my fees for kicking their ass.
Oh I fight it. I get em pretty good, too.Keep fighting the good fight.
I had some procedure done many years ago. It was a necessity. The doctor fought with insurance for over a year and the insurance kept playing games and never paid. It was not an incredibly large amount so I just paid the doctor myself. I felt bad that his office had to work so hard trying to get paid. The doc did a good thing for me and insurance was delaying, stalling, playing games with the doctor's office. It was honestly pathetic.
