I already did some research but for anyone in the NYC area, what gyms can you personally recommend? It's hard to find cheaps gyms that do both when you only have times available in the moring on weekdays. These are the gyms/prices I've checked out so far:

http://www.combinedmartialarts.com - They want $300 w/o contract for the entire MMA course($250 1 year with contract).

http://www.roninathletics.com - This one seemed very good with the prices. $180 for 3 months, Kickboxing and BJJ.

http://www.nysanda.com - $220 w/o contract for San Da Kickboxing and BJJ($175 with contract)

    http://www.pmajkd.com - $259 for 6 months, $229 a year for Muay Thai and BJJ.

I checked out all except Ronin, the people I've talked 2 in the gyms were pretty cool. Progressive Martial Arts and Combined seemed more organized but the price is what hurts them.

Ronin is great, but uh is that 180 per month if you pay by a 3month period or is it 180 in total? Your words are scaring me a bit.

Also, there was a five page thread about this like...probably in Standup's second page. Sadly, it died but there's a lot of info on MT gyms.
