Does anybody else here use NVidia Inspector?

I recently upgraded my HDD to an NVMe SSD which I am using as the only drive, so its a fresh build.

Today I just tried to play GTA V, which I use NVidia Inspector on to set 30FPS VSYNC so I can run the game with high settings on my somewhat aging GPU.

I've done this for years and it works on my other build but on this one with the NVMe installed now the settings won't work. This is a fresh install of Windows 10.

Fuck man I Reinstalled Geforce and now nothing is working correctly

How do I stop Windows from automatically installing its crappy old version of GeForce everytime I do a DDU wipe? I literally dont even have time to install my drivers before Windows automatically installs its old 432. version so I cant get a fresh driver install going.

Windows installs a default driver because it needs one to work.
What graphics card are you using?

Looks like "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" fixed it but that's a thing I havent had to do since like 2017. Just weird.

If you're using DDU, there's an option to prevent Windows from automatically installing drivers. I always disable it, and then re-enable it after installing my gpu driver.
