The same reason Holm gets a lot more respect than Tate even though Tate beat Holm and has more quality wins than Holm. And GDR is treated as a top talent and Dandois a joke even though GDR is just as lost on the ground as Dandois on the feet, and Dandois would have a decent chance of beating GDR.

I much preferred Nunes' wins as a fan who loves finishes, but what Cyborg did was very impressive. Everyone said her only chance was bullrushhing Holly. She was setting traps, and striking like a true top level fight regardless of gender.And lets also be real, Ronda was like a mentally fragile child and not a fighter at that point (the fight was over as soon as leather touched her face), and Tate admitted she didnt enjoy fighting anymore.

As weak as Holly's punches seem to be, she is still a much better striker than those two, especially defensively. I can't see Nunes finishing her either, unless it's on the ground. See the Shevchenko fight for instance, who is a much more similar fighter to Holly than Ronda or Tate.

To add on to this, we are a few days removed from the fight. IMHO Nunez got way more buzz after wrecking Meisha, cyborg is getting the typical buzz after a fight. Heck Till got some (deserved) hype after wrecking Cowboy.
