Motion for a single fight licence, with a bunch of reasonable stipulations.

Passed unanimously. Option to make it a full licence afterwards.

someone should tell old Pat that the Agenda has been out for a week. lol at doesn't like being surprised. Nothing bets my blood boiling like watching these NSAC meeting. The absolute worst of government incompetence.

So some semantics here. NSAC uses WADA's banned substance list, but did not adopt the entire code. Debating in and out of competition definitions and jurisdiction.
 
Pat says they don't really have the jurisdiction at this time to do anything re: out of competition yeo use.
