It's well known publicly that he is bipolar. He is not trolling, he is 100% serious. He lost like a half a million dollars in sponsorship in one day of making antisemitic statements and continued to do it after that. I think that shows how serious he is about it.

According to Kanye after the doc said he was bipolar he went to another doctor for a 2nd opinion who said it was actually autism. In any case I hope he gets support for his struggle.
