Chito won the fight and rightly deserves all the credit.....but to sit there and act like you couldnt see how compromised afroboy's leg was and how much that changed the course of the fight....then thats not saying much about your sight to thought connection

Cejudo had the same injury when he was facing DJ and was able to not only fight until the final bell but even eek out a win. Shows the chasm between CCC and this O'Malley fella.

He got kicked in the leg and the nerve went dead. Had he not basically quit and nearly got KTFO he may have been able to recover from it over the course of the fight. We've seen it happen plenty of times.

I saw him losing before the injury anyway, his feints were not getting any reactions and looked more and more forced, he looked like Johhny Walker when he got exposed

Yeah, Chito was biting on his feints like most guys do. I still thought he was winning prior to that leg kick though, but it definitely wasn't by a wide margin that's for sure. We'll see what the future holds for him. If his entire game relies on getting big reaction on his feints then yeah, maybe he did get exposed in this one.

It’s a long shot, but think about it. O’Malley is a giant compared to Cejudo, he’s the better striker, has a giant reach advantage, and Cejudo is only going to get older. If O’Malley can keep it standing in the first round I see him putting Cejudo away.
