Notification for liked post edits

Is it possible to get a notification if a post that I liked gets edited afterwards? I might not want to like the post any more.

I usually send all my likes a PM if I change a word or two. Like etiquette, obviously.

The most obvious case is when a poster makes one point I agree with and I then like the post. He then adds another point I do not agree with at all, but people will still think I do for liking the post. May seem insignificant for most issues but for e.g. WR topics, it's not.
