Nothing left for Khabib in Lightweight division

Now that Dariush dominated Ferguson, and Khabib already dominated everyone relevant at LW,
Khabibs only challenges are at Welterweight division.
Do you agree ?

Yes.

Oliviera is too weak. He's not a real challenge. He can handle ground-and-pound and that is Khabib's mainstay.

While Oliviera has excellent submissions, Khabib has forgotten more about intricate grappling than Oliviera will ever know in his life.

Usman is the only interesting fight for Khabib, but there are bros, so it's not likely to happen.

If Khabib ever pushes the "brotherhood" aside, and fights Usman, if he's able to pull this off, he would be the greatest MMA fighter to ever live.

IMO

That's good for Khabib because if he unretires, there is no way he makes 155 again.

His career-long struggle to make 155 resulted in missing weight multiple times, pulling out on the day of weigh-ins, long periods of inactivity (8 fights in 7 years), and unsteadiness on the scale at his most recent weigh-ins.

Putting on retirement weight will make it even more difficult if he unretires. Not to mention, being a few years older.

If Khabib comes back, he ought to go back to 170, which is where he fought 11 times prior to signing with the UFC. That is actually the same number of times he fought at 155 in the UFC. He has always been a welterweight trying to kill himself to step on the scale at the lightweight limit.

Absolutely not.
Silva and GSP dominated their division for many years and NEVER were 100% done with the division.
Khabib just got to the top.

You just noted he left before fighting Tony.
Now there's Dariush.
Fighters evolve, improve, get better.
There will always be new fighters climbing up the rankings.
Or veterans making one more run to the throne.

There's a HUGE difference in beating fighters before you are the champ (thus got nothing to lose) and when they are all aiming at you, training specifically to beat you.

Disagree. I think Oliveira poses a huge threat to Khabib. Who was the last fighter Khabib fought as well balanced as Oliveira?

Gaethje? He's a striker
Poirier? He's a striker
McGregor? He's a striker
Iaquinta? He's 5'7 and has ONE submission win in his professional career back in 2009 in ROC
Barboza? He's a striker
Johnson? He's a striker
Horcher? He has ONE submission win in his professional career back in 2011 in PFC
RDA? I'd say he's the last person Khabib fought that is well balanced in striking at ground game...and that was back in 2014.

Khabib has benefited from not having to fight any fighters with a good ground game. This exactly why he'll never come back for Oliveira OR actually fight in a competitive weight class (WW) vs Usman.

I would LOVE to see Khabib fight someone with a good ground game like Dariush, Oliveira, or Gillespie.
Dude u r deluded! Khabib’s teammates and training partners are way better than Charles especially Luke
