I know you're predisposed to disbelieve anything I say, but I didn't see that other quote from Barr. Nonetheless, what he said was that he isn't going to bring a charge against Trump. This is not is disagreement with his other statements that I quoted. He said Mueller's report did not exonerate Trump, and also said he would not personally pursue it.

As for your use of the word exonerate, you quoted wikipedia, I quoted an actual dictionary. Choose which one you like the most, I guess.

That's not what he said at all :

Mueller's report did not reach a conclusion on whether the Trump campaign obstructed justice, and left that decision to Barr and officials at the DOJ -- who determined there was insufficient evidence of obstruction. Not true. You didn't read the letter. There's something that says otherwise in there in Barr's words:

"Generally speaking, to obtain and sustain an obstruction conviction, the government would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person, acting with corrupt intent, engaged in obstructive conduct with a sufficient nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding. In cataloguing the President's actions, many of which took place in public view, the report identifies no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, had a nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding, and were done with corrupt intent, each of which, under the Department's principles of federal prosecution guiding charging decisions, would need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to establish an obstruction-of-justice offense."

Subjective opinions over here. I'd give more credibility to actual prosecutors and former prosecutors than to Retard Rudy.
