Aldo faced Frankie Edgar x2, Mendes x2, Lamas, Faber and Kenflow and defended all their shots consistently. He did this while not having a size advantage like TIabu either. gtfo here bro.

What I was most happy to see is that Aldo's cardio looked good in the 3rd round, and this is after Munhoz had been applying pressure in the first 2 rounds.

I think Aldo is better suited at this point in his career for 3-round fights, since he can let his hands go without risking draining the tank. He's always been a guy that put a lot of power and energy into his punches.

I would dispute the body shots one. Body punches yes, but all around body shots I give to Barboza I think since he has good body punches, kicks off the front leg, kicks off the rear leg, and spinning kicks to the body.

But TDD technique and leg kick defense for sure. Tibau did well against Khabib's body lock takedown attempts all night yeah, but Aldo has shown that kind of TDD as well as being able to stuff the best doubles in the game (Chad Mendes) and singles are just a waste of time on him usually due to his pivots. Also he springs up like a cat if he is taken down when not gassed. Only Bobby Knuckles comes close in TDD.
