Why are people here taking zinc, magnesium, vitamin C AND multivitamins?
I got one bottle of a cheap multi and it has all those. Do we, athletes, need more than what is included in a regular multivitamin? If yes, why not pick a type of multivitamin with higher concentrations of vitamins/minerals?
