There are plenty of them that look amazing without makeup. I prefer women that way. If you need a ton of makeup to look good, that's akin to false advertising in my opinion.

I tend to preffer extremes personally, either little/no makeup or obviously going for a non realistic extreme look, the "halfway to a geisha" for example.

This kind of "rating via picture" you get on the net as well I think tends to act more as a personality test than anything, rating via the kind of look people find most attractive, happy, sultry, vulnerable, etc.
