I mean to be fair besides maybe fighter bashing he doesnt really break the rules but for a man who claims others are stuck in the past really he's posting the same troll zingers like "K-1 sucked because Sapp beat Hoost" that are getting close to two decades old is a bit embarrassing, he rarely seems to engage in much other MMA discussion either.

Its a discussion forum: it's not fighter bashing to say Bob Sapp sucked---his record proves that.
