BJ is interesting to me, I was not a huge fan of him in his prime. As the competition got better he stagnated, went to a crappy camp, seemed more interested in vacationing than fighting, and his performances declined. He "retired" way too early and his retirement was, imo, more because he wasn't motivated/interested in improving as the bar became higher and higher. He had some amazing performances against the top guys at the time, but his actions don't match his words. He talks so much trash and talks about how motivated he is,then shows up looking pudgy, slow, and relied on his chin. It's just hard for me to get excited. I think he is still capable of being a top15 and maybe even top 10 fighter but so much of that depends on his drive and desire to be thr best and frankly he just didn't show it in the past 4-5 fights. So it's hard for me to get behind him.
